Delivery Information

Our stock size and weight varies considerably from eyepieces to large telescopes, as a result we use these freight systems, they are:

North Island: Overnight courier for small items and any overnight delivery of telescopes.To send a telescope overnight can be expensive based on size and weight. We also use a two to three day delivery service from another courier company. For extremely large product we use a transport company, can be up to 5 business days for very heavy items.

South Island: Overnight courier is used for small items, for other items including telescopes we use a 2 day service courier, in many cases your items will be delivered overnight. Very heavy items can take up to four business days.

When you reach the checkout process on our online shop you will be given different frieght options based on weight, size, and your location, please select the option that suits your needs. Freight cost typically starts at $10 for smaller items , the average telescope cost $25, larger items are more, cost is based on weight and size.

Typically Christmas is an extremely busy time, and as such the above times can be extended by a mininum of twenty four hours.
